This game consistently robs you of any duplicate customizations that would together increase your productivity, by either crashing the game when you acquire it or when you attempt to apply the customization to one of your buildings, whereupon reloading the game, you'll find your customization is replaced with one of lesser value or is missing altogether. It's programmed into the game. You can count on a fail when applying the Baobab customization. Apt reply, 'believe what you will'. 🙄

I like this game in the sense that it is very chill and easy to play. Of course there are things you can pay for but they are not necessary to advance. I will say I have issues with the bugs and reloading. I have repeatedly reached out to support for lost items, materials, etc but all I ever get back is..."The devs are working on it." Only for the ticket to be closed and no resolutions. I have 3 tickets now that have been unresolved and say they are closed. I would not download for this reason.

I wanted to try rise of cultures because I have played forge of empires and liked it. I feel like for thr most part the game is a grind. Development and even building certain troop types takes a lot of time. Their are alot of features not available right away unless you spend money. Basically the game is a scale down and easier to play version of forage of empires. Their is no strategic planning in combat just put your toops on the battlefield and start.
